Thales Alenia Space in Zürich is seeking a Senior PCB-CCA Designer to lead multidisciplinary electronic product design in Space Products. You will ensure alignment with the system architecture, develop specifications for sub-assemblies and boards, and supervise detailed design through industrialization.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering ( Electronics preferred) and strong analog/digital design knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering ( Electronics preferred).
• Strong background in analog and digital design.
• Familiarity with electronics standards and best practices.
• Structured, analytical problem-solving and decision making.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate technical engineering projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and size electronic products aligned to system architecture and rules.
• Analyze requirements and develop specifications for sub-assemblies and boards.
• Define system architecture, allocate functions, and select optimal solutions.
• Execute detailed product design and participate in design/industrialization reviews.
• Identify and resolve defects across development phases; support integration/validation.
• Manage co-engineering and subcontracting, including supplier coordination.
• Provide technical support during bids and development; assist cost tracking and scheduling.
