Risklick, a leading AI software company in Bern, seeks a Solution Consultant to showcase Protocol AI through engaging demos and tailored client solutions. You will bridge clients with our product team, guiding demos and adapting the platform to meet specific needs.

This hands-on role requires a fast learner with excellent communication, who can understand client workflows, configure templates, and support onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Master's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Clinical Research, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, CRO, pharma/biotech, or clinical trial software/technology.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with software tools and a willingness to get hands-on with configuration tasks.

Aufgaben

• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops for prospective and existing clients (in-person and/or virtual).
• Understand client workflows, pain points and requirements to guide solution design.
• Configure and implement client-specific templates, workflows, and settings within Protocol AI.
• Act as a bridge between clients and our Product and Engineering teams to support onboarding, feature requests and customizations.
• Gather structured feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for the platform.

We are looking for a fast-learning, client-focused, hands-on Solution Consultant to support our growing client base. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our product team, showcasing the power of Protocol AI through engaging demos and tailoring the platform to meet client-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops for prospective and existing clients (in-person and/or virtual)
• Understand client workflows, pain points and requirements to guide solution design
• Configure and implement client-specific templates, workflows, and settings within Protocol AI
• Act as a bridge between clients and our Product and Engineering teams to support onboarding, feature requests and customizations
• Gather structured feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for the platform

Qualifications

• Master\'s in Life Sciences, MD, Pharmacy, Biology, Clinical Research, or a related field. Note: Candidates with doctoral degrees (PhD, MD, or equivalent) will not be considered for this role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, CRO, pharma/biotech, or clinical trial software/technology companies
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Comfort with software tools and a willingness to get hands-on with configuration tasks
• Onsite or hybrid; onsite preferred
