Google is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams across locations, shaping technical strategy, roadmaps, and mentoring engineers. You will guide projects spanning information retrieval, AI, distributed systems, and large-scale design while maintaining a hands-on focus on code quality.

You will manage engineers across teams, align with product goals, and oversee deployment of major initiatives internationally, including the YouTube ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
