• Full-stack capability (React, HTML/CSS, backend) with cloud-native experience (AWS).
• A track record of turning a real customer problem into production software - not just a spec into code.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools, and comfortable holding others to that standard.
• Some entrepreneurial instinct - comfortable being early, sometimes wrong, and fast to correct.

THE OPPORTUNITY

AEM Assets is Adobe's digital asset management platform - a Gartner-ranked Leader in Digital Asset Management for over a decade, with agentic AI already shipped and in production: Content Advisor for conversational search, Governance Agent enforcing brand rules automatically, Content Optimization Agent reshaping content per channel. A DAM here isn't a supporting tool other systems tolerate - it's becoming the thing every other system depends on, and that authority matters more as AI systems decide what content gets surfaced and reused.

What You'll Do
