Job summary

Müntener & Thomas Personal- und Unternehmensberatung AG is seeking an experienced software engineer to help develop embedded automotive software. You will bring ideas to working product solutions and collaborate with hardware, systems and testing teams to create integrated software components.

The role requires a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or embedded systems, several years of embedded/ automotive software experience, strong C/C++, embedded Linux, and AUTOSAR knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, embedded systems or a related field.
• Several years of experience developing embedded or automotive software.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ with experience in embedded Linux.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR, automotive diagnostics and software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Bring new software functions from the initial idea into working product solutions
• Turn complex technical challenges into practical and maintainable implementations
• Work closely with engineers from hardware, systems and testing to build integrated solutions
• Investigate faults, improve existing software and support product validation
