Medgate AG is seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead cross-team technical direction across its telemedicine ecosystem. You will own architecture consistency, negotiate trade-offs with product owners and medical/compliance stakeholders, and drive scalable, compliant solutions across Azure, privacy and AI-enabled workflows.

You will mentor teams, run architecture reviews, and shape how integration with partners evolves. Fluent English is required; German/French an advantage.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with architecture or cross-team technical leadership.
• Hands-on background in modern backend and web stacks (.NET/EF Core, React SPAs) to challenge implementations.
• Solid experience with server-side GraphQL and data/analytics, Azure, IaC and security.

Responsabilidades

• Own ecosystem architecture and trade-offs across multiple engineering teams.
• Provide technical vetoes on architecture decisions considering business and regulatory constraints.
• Lead upstream requirements discussions and assess costs to build and run options.
• Align architecture, security, and data residency with Compliance.
• Run cross-team design and architecture reviews to prevent technical debt.
• Evaluate build-or-buy options and estimate long-term costs.
• Maintain shared technical standards and decision records across projects.
• Serve as technical counterpart for integration partners from feasibility to integration.
• Advise leadership on scalability and platform-level implications before major initiatives.
• Shape AI-assisted engineering workflow evolution across teams and repositories.
