Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Solid experience in Securities Lending Trading and/or Sales including beneficial owner relationship management.
• Solid experience in Collateral Management across OTC derivatives, listed derivatives and securities financing transactions.
• Proven technical affinity and experience with coding and agentic tools.
• Market savviness and ecosystem knowledge.
• Appetite for the bigger picture and rapid career evolution.
• Affinity for AI and willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools.

Aufgaben

• Managing Securities Lending trading activities, including inventory management, pricing, execution and counterparty interaction.
• Developing and expanding the bank's Securities Lending programme by working with institutional asset owners and Relationship Managers to grow lendable asset pools.
• Playing a key role in deploying the upcoming front-to-back Securities Finance platform.
• Building long-term relationships with institutional clients, counterparties, custodians, CCPs, triparty agents and market infrastructure providers.
• Supporting Collateral Management across OTC derivatives, listed derivatives and securities lending transactions.
• Contributing to trade support and lifecycle management, including resolution of exceptions and complex events.
• Collaborating with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Operations and Technology to deliver scalable business solutions.
