We are looking for a senior Scala developer to join our backend guild as a core member, guiding architecture, mentoring peers, and delivering scalable features for the NDR product in close collaboration with the DEV team.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Open, reliable and collaborative professional who enjoys working in teams and can take ownership over projects.
• Interest and passion for cybersecurity and fast-growing scale-up culture.
• Strong Scala coding skills with a knack for architectural topics.
• Ability to write readable, well-structured and performant code.
• Writing code together with tests and appropriate test coverage.
• Ability to break complex code into digestible tasks for new features and refactoring.
• Balance perfectionism with pragmatic delivery, ensuring necessary details are covered.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Guide the backend team on architectural questions for new features and refactoring.
• Mentor backend team members on growth paths.
• Actively develop backend code and influence the NDR tool GUI and analytics backend.
• Collaborate with the DEV team to build new features and ensure the ongoing success of Exeon.NDR.
