Zusammenfassung

Rieter in Winterthur seeks an experienced SAP Technical Service Delivery Lead to manage our SAP landscape, specializing in RISE with SAP, cloud transformation and SAP operations.

You will lead end-to-end service delivery, own SLAs, coordinate releases, and drive continuous improvement across SAP environments while working with SAP for Me and Cloud ALM to ensure high availability and transparent service reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimal 5 years of SAP technical service delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP For Me.
• Proven SLA governance and incident management experience.
• Solid ITIL service management knowledge.
• Experience as SAP Release Manager with multiple deployments.
• Two end-to-end S/4HANA project lifecycles completed.
• Ability to configure Cloud ALM for requirements, testing, deployment, release management.
• Proficient English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end technical service delivery for RISE with SAP environments.
• Act as primary interface between customer and SAP using SAP for Me.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs via SAP for Me dashboards.
• SAP Release Manager to plan and coordinate all transports, upgrades, and patching.
• Service Owner of SAP Cloud ALM and SAP for Me.
• Deliver regular service review reports with health, SLA adherence, and improvements.
• Support S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformations under RISE.
• Implement monitoring and alerting to reduce incident response times.
