Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field.
• Strong professional experience with SAP PP/DS with expert-level understanding.
• Proven experience optimizing SAP PP/DS solutions beyond implementation or daily support.
• Strong understanding of production planning, detailed scheduling, finite capacity planning and production sequencing.
• Solid knowledge of SAP PP integration with other SAP modules and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or embedded PP/DS is highly appreciated.
• Experience in pharma, CDMO or chemical manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
• Experience across different companies or industrial environments is appreciated.
• Ability to work independently and challenge existing processes constructively.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Assess current SAP PP/DS solution, identify inefficiencies, performance issues and optimization opportunities.
• Optimize and improve SAP PP/DS applications, processes and configurations.
• Analyze and enhance production planning and detailed scheduling functionalities.
• Review production planning, sequencing and scheduling processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide independent expert perspective on SAP PP/DS best practices.
• Analyze and optimize planning parameters, master data and scheduling strategies.
• Work with business, IT and process teams to define and implement improvements.
• Support resolution of complex SAP PP/DS issues for project stakeholders.
• Share best practices and lessons learned from different environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system performance, usability and planning efficiency.
