As a Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will be the driving force in successfully positioning our innovative software solutions with the federal government, cantons, and municipalities in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Romandie). Mission
  • Take responsibility of your territory: increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help Fabasoft Schweiz AG maintain its market leader position
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with government executives in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Romandie)
  • Attend public sector events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen visibility
  • Understand the technical and business requirements of the public sector and position Fabasoft OneGov as the preferred government solution
  • Identify trends and opportunities, develop new use cases, and actively drive digital transformation through smart sales strategies
  • Generate demand, build and maintain a strong pipeline (in close collaboration with Marketing) and close opportunities by developing compelling opportunity plans and value propositions
  • Track and report on sales activities in our CRM system and provide accurate forecasts and market insights to management
  • Inspire both existing and new customers with the innovative Fabasoft OneGov solution ensuring sustainable growth while representing Fabasoft Schweiz AG with competence and conviction
  • Manage the entire proposal process – particularly in the context of public tenders ensuring submissions are clear, competitive, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Lead as a Fabasoft OneGov brand ambassador, both internally and externally, building trust with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Bring proven knowledge of the public sector market in Switzerland, along with relevant experience and a strong professional network
  • Demonstrate a successful sales track record, with closed deals and proven achievements in both farming and hunting
  • Data- and KPI-driven: own your numbers, maintain CRM discipline, and manage pipeline coverage and forecasting with precision
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the field of public administration
  • You are flexible and willing to travel frequently across Switzerland to engage with customers on-site, build relationships, and drive sales opportunities
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
