Sereact GmbH in the Zurich area seeks world-class robotics researchers to advance Vision-Language-Action models for robotic manipulation and navigation. You will operate at the intersection of foundation models and embodied robotics, collaborating across robotics and hardware teams to deploy capabilities on real platforms.

The role emphasizes academic rigor, publishing at top conferences, and contributing to cutting-edge embodied AI initiatives in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in CS/ML/Robotics with a focus on Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
• Significant publications and citations at major conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, ICRA, IROS, CoRL).
• Experience in leading AI research environments.
• Deep expertise in PyTorch or JAX; Transformers, Diffusion Models, and LLMs.

Responsabilités

• Research & Development: Design, implement, and scale VLA models and foundation architectures for robotic manipulation and navigation.
• Scaling Laws & Data: Develop strategies for multi-modal data collection, synthetic data generation, and fine-tuning of large models.
• Algorithm Optimization: Optimize model inference for real-time robotic applications.
• Publication & Visibility: Publish high-impact papers at NeurIPS, CVPR, ICRA, CoRL, etc.
• Collaboration: Work with Core Robotics and Hardware teams to integrate AI into physical platforms.
