RIVR, part of Amazon, is developing robotic systems for last-mile delivery with dexterous manipulation capabilities. We seek a Senior AI Engineer to advance reinforcement learning and deep learning using both simulated and real-world data for dynamic grasping and object interaction.

You will prototype algorithms, train deep networks in Python, and ensure production-quality C++ code. In-person work at the Zurich office is required, joining a pioneering robotics team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Robotics, or Machine Learning.
• PhD experience is advantageous.
• 5+ years industry or research experience in AI for robotics.

• Develop reinforcement learning algorithms for dexterous manipulation with vision, touch, and proprioception.
• Translate sensor inputs into precise end-effector and joint commands.
• Collaborate with the foundation model team to leverage simulated and real-world data.
