Zurich Insurance in Zurich seeks a Senior Risk Assurance Expert to shape Zurich’s global internal control framework and influence key risk decisions across the Group. You will strengthen the reliability of the ICIF, drive improvements, and support policy owners in developing robust control objectives that truly matter.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in risk assurance or internal control roles.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes.
• Experience in global audit teams or internal control engagements.
• Experience in risk management or finance within insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide assurance over the quality of the internal controls within the ICIF.
• Assess and discuss internal control issues significant to the Group.
• Perform assurance reviews with business units and Group functions.
• Collaborate with control testing teams to ensure ICIF-compliant testing activities.
• Provide enhancements based on learnings and industry best practices.
• Support policy owners in designing, developing and implementing control objectives.
