Zusammenfassung

SQLI in Genève is seeking a Requirements & Validation Engineer (W/M) to ensure mission-critical systems meet regulatory and quality expectations. You will manage requirements through the lifecycle and define verification strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field, 5+ years in regulated environments, and hands-on experience with test management tools like Polarion. Proficiency in English; French/German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• Minimum 5 years in requirements engineering or V&V within safety-critical environments.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance frameworks for critical systems.

Aufgaben

• Capture, analyze, document and maintain system requirements with full traceability across the lifecycle.
• Translate regulatory, operational and stakeholder needs into clear, measurable requirements.
• Define verification and validation approaches, including test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test scenarios, execution results and evidence.
• Plan, coordinate and execute laboratory, integration and operational testing activities.
• Perform regression testing following software releases and system changes.
• Produce validation reports, compliance documentation, traceability records and audit-ready evidence.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, safety and external partners.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and provide guidance on requirements and testing best practices.
