Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Building robust recipe formulation capabilities for new product development, industrialization and optimization.
• Driving best practices in recipe design to improve quality, compliance, speed and first-time-right approvals.
• Translating process capabilities and ingredient behavior into lean, reliable recipes.
• Mentoring and documenting knowledge for key partners and stakeholders.
• Leading the adoption of digital tools that improve recipe and ingredient management processes.
