We seek talented engineers to develop safety-critical vehicle and track-side software, focusing on EN 50126/50128/50716/50129 standards and CBTC systems, with involvement in automated driving and validation activities.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Railway Signalling principles and practices (Mainline Interlocking and/or CBTC)
• Proven usage of railway standards (EN 50126, 50129, 50128 or 50716, TS 50701, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, IEC61131-3)
• Requirement Management with IBM Doors Next Generation (DNG) Tool
• Principles of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Functional programming with FBD and/or ST; C/C++/Python is a plus
• Familiar with Version Control tools like GIT, SVN
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Analytical problem solving and deadline orientation

Aufgaben

• Development of safety-critical vehicle and track-side software per EN standards
• Implementation of new features in signalling products (NOVA Pro CBTC)
• Development of vehicle software for automated, driverless operation
• Support for assessments and state-specific approvals
• Prepare and maintain Requirements Specification and Architecture/Design for validation
• Implement code according to software component design
• Integration testing of subsystems upon software release
