You will design, develop and deploy production-grade software, collaborate with researchers and traders, and help scale research workflows while maintaining data quality and reproducibility.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software development with advanced Python and solid design fundamentals.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, deploy and support cloud-native applications for commodities research and trading.
• Build full-stack analytical tools using Python backend services and React/TypeScript front ends.
• Develop research infrastructure, including data pipelines, backtesting frameworks, optimisers, APIs and scalable modelling workflows.
• Integrate and process market, fundamental, weather, geospatial, remote-sensing and alternative datasets.
• Help researchers transition exploratory workflows into reliable production systems.
• Maintain high standards for data quality, reproducibility, monitoring and point-in-time correctness.
• Collaborate with researchers, traders, data engineers and infrastructure teams across multiple locations.
• Evaluate modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools where they can improve research and engineering productivity.
