Novartis in Basel, Switzerland is seeking a Senior QC Specialist in bioanalytics to support the laboratory team, ensure compliance with GxP and HSE, review and approve analytical data, and contribute to project activities.

The Senior QC Specialist works in the area of bioanalytics, supporting the laboratory team with in-depth knowledge to ensure efficient performance of laboratory activities and related investigations in compliance with GxP and HSE guidelines. Performs review and approval of analytical data.
We offer a fixed-term contract of 18 months.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 85,400 - 158,600 CHF.
The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
