Lonza in Visp, Switzerland invites a SeniorQA Specialist (m/f/d) MaterialManagement to join our team. You will provide independent QA review and approval for quality-related activities involving raw materials and consumables, ensuring documentation, data, and processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

You will act as QA representative for projects, support material qualification activities including QA approval of risk assessments and QC documentation, ensure supplier

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Chemistry.
• Experience in QA or QA-project management in a regulated (GxP) industry.
• Solid knowledge of quality systems (Trackwise) incl deviations, CAPAs & investigations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Act as QA representative for projects, ensuring QA oversight of materials used in manufacturing.
• Support material qualification activities, including QA approval of risk assessments and QC docs.
• Ensure suppliers are qualified for intended use.
• Review and approve material-related quality records, deviations, CAPAs and change requests.
• Act as Quality representative in cross-functional teams with Operations, MSAT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs and QC.
• Ensure QA activities comply with SOPs, internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Support health authority inspections, customer audits and internal audits with material management expertise.
