McCone Properties seeks experienced real estate professionals to lead their own book in Dubai. You will win listings, locate buyers, negotiate terms, and drive deals to completion with the backing of a 200-person brokerage, including marketing and CRM support.

Two years or more of property or high-value sales are required. This is a commission-only role with tax-free earnings and potential for top earners to reach multi-million USD figures.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of property sales or another high-value sale.
• Proven closing record required.
• Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months.
