• Take ownership of the context, existing work, stakeholders, and dependencies
• Formalize Project Charters covering objectives, scope, governance, responsibilities, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
• Build and maintain a consolidated portfolio roadmap
• Identify priorities, capacities, dependencies, and critical paths
• Implement and maintain project steering tools
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, workloads, actions, risks, issues, and decisions
• Coordinate internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate project committees, workshops, and coordination meetings
• Identify deviations and issue alerts to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare decisions, arbitrations, and action plans
• Track deliverables through production, review, validation, versioning, and archiving
• Produce a consolidated view of portfolio progress
• Report to management and governance bodies
• Track progress, schedule, capacity, risks, dependencies, actions, and decisions indicators
• Consolidate indicators related to recurring GRC team activities
• Identify gaps and track corrective actions through closure
• Align project objectives, expected controls, evidence, and remediation plans
• Prepare structured, reusable evidence packages for internal and external reviews
• Track audit findings and actions through closure
• Ensure project documentation quality and traceability
• Coordinate communication and adoption needs with relevant teams
• Prepare and organize project transition to RUN
• Close projects and document results, residual risks, and remaining actions

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in IT project or program management
• Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, governance, risk management, audit, and compliance
• Strong ability to structure complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Significant experience preparing and facilitating committees, workshops, and governance bodies
• Strong command of reporting for management and executive governance bodies
• Proficiency in project management practices: planning, risks, dependencies, RAID log, governance, change management, action tracking
• Experience in a regulated environment or one subject to control and audit requirements
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills
• ITIL v4 certification mandatory, or commitment to obtain it within the first four months of the assignment
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum / SAFe, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer, CISA, or equivalent project management, cybersecurity, or GRC certification advantageous
