Qualifikationen

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für digitale Produkte.
• Erfahrung in agilen Umgebungen und starke analytische Fähigkeiten.

Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities

1. Identify and document customer challenges using data insights, UX research and industry knowledge.
2. Analyse, document and optimise the onboarding funnel and landing experience for our B2B customers to ensure every Swiss business signs up to the platform.
3. Align and coordinate the synchronisation of account information, company structures and financial processes with Salesforce in collaboration with our integrations and operational support teams.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, support, finance and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions.
5. Build and maintain close relationships with the product team coworkers and stakeholders across the company.
6. Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses.
7. Continuously analyse customer data and market trends to understand customers' behaviours and generate new ideas for enhancing the platform experience.

Minimum Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and/or recruiting environments.
2. 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
3. Commercial mind-set and proven relationship building skills.
4. Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
6. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
