SDX is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the evolution of our blockchain-based financial infrastructure. In this role, you'll bridge the worlds of traditional finance and decentralized technology, leading the development of cutting‑edge products that reshape how digital assets are managed, traded, and settled. We're looking for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise who can navigate the complexities of blockchain infrastructure, staking services, and crypto custody while managing stakeholder relationships and delivering products that meet the rigorous standards of financial markets. What You Will Do

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch, defining and continuously adapting the product roadmap, scope, backlog, and prioritization to align with business objectives and market opportunities
• Lead the development and operation of blockchain‑based products, including staking services, decentralized applications leveraging smart contracts, and crypto custody infrastructure, ensuring robust key management and security protocols
• Manage cross‑functional delivery teams using agile methodologies and sprint‑based development, organizing and prioritizing work with engineers, legal, compliance, and business development to ensure seamless execution
• Drive stakeholder management and risk mitigation, owning product risks, supporting project reporting, and delivering regular updates to leadership while setting clear success criteria and taking proactive action to maximise product success
• Conduct strategic vendor negotiations and manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, crafting compelling business cases and developing long‑term product vision that positions SDX at the forefront of digital asset innovation

What You Bring

• 7+ years of proven experience in finance and engineering, preferably within blockchain‑based environments, with demonstrated expertise in financial market infrastructure including post‑trade services, issuance, settlement, payments, and trading
• Deep technical expertise in implementing and operating staking services, building and deploying decentralized applications on public blockchains, and comprehensive knowledge of crypto custody infrastructure and key management systems
• Strong product management capabilities with a track record of delivering products from concept to market, including experience crafting business cases, defining product vision, and managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle
• Technical background that enables you to work effectively with engineering teams, understand architectural decisions, and evaluate technical trade‑offs in blockchain and smart contract development
• Agile leadership experience managing delivery teams within sprint‑based frameworks, with exceptional organizational skills in managing stakeholder relationships, conducting regular reviews, and driving continuous improvement in product success metrics
