Qualifikationen

• Basic technical training followed by advanced training to become a process specialist (FA), technician (HF), or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in process engineering, production engineering, or a comparable industrial setting, ideally in cable manufacturing or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of process optimization, statistical process evaluation, and the analysis of production data.
• Experience with MES systems and modern data analysis methods is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical and managerial leadership of the Process Engineering team, ensuring stable, efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Systematically analyze process disruptions and partner with Production and Engineering to develop sustainable solutions for stable and reproducible processes.
• Introduce new manufacturing processes, optimize and standardize existing ones, and oversee process-related commissioning of new equipment and changes.
• Drive the digital transformation of production by implementing and further developing the MES system and using operational data for analysis and improvements.
• Provide training and support to production staff and managers and collaborate with Development, Process Engineering, Engineering, AVOR and Quality.
