Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related discipline) required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers responsible for design, optimization, and sustainment.
• Establish and execute process engineering strategies aligned with quality and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations to support production and new product introductions.
• Provide technical oversight for process validations, equipment qualifications, and change management.
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and quality systems.
• Analyze process data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Support capital projects, automation, and technology upgrades.
