Qualifikationen
- Strong hands-on experience configuring, governing, and operating Power Platform.
- Experience implementing the Power Platform Centre of Excellence for governance, monitoring, and adoption.
- SharePoint Online expertise: site design, permissions, IA, and migration.
- Experience migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate.
- Supporting day-to-day Microsoft 365 operations: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance: IAM, data protection, retention, DLP.
- Experience applying Microsoft Purview capabilities.
- Ability to produce clear, practical designs and documentation for other teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- Collaborative, organised, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment.
Aufgaben
- Manage daily operations for Power Platform, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Exchange Online.
- Establish and maintain governance through the Centre of Excellence with environments, policies, and adoption.
- Define the platform target operating model with roles, processes, and controls.
- Lead platform security design including IAM, data protection, and DLP in line with BIS standards; apply Purview where appropriate.
- Collaborate with developers to set engineering standards and review solutions.
- Plan and deliver SharePoint site migrations to SharePoint Online and migrate legacy workflows to Power Automate.
- Coach developers and business users on reusable components, naming conventions, testing, and maintainable design.
- Drive automation and continuous service improvement with clear designs and operational docs.
