Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Swiss occupational pension schemes and social security rules.
• Several years advising corporate clients on occupational pensions, in consulting or brokerage.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and solution-driven approach.
• Fluent German and English; French is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Act as trusted advisor to national and international corporate clients on pension schemes.
• Develop tailored pension strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Lead market reviews, tenders and benchmarking to optimize pension arrangements.
• Support new business development in collaboration with Client Relationship Leads and the international Aon network.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve service quality and efficiency.
