Actalent is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to support pharmaceutical packaging operations globally. You will act as a packaging SME, coordinating with CMOs and ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous supply.

You will drive qualification, change controls, BOM maintenance, and documentation governance within a GMP framework, collaborating across Quality, Regulatory, and cross‑functional teams to deliver on time.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and docs standards.
• Hands-on TrackWise experience is mandatory; Veeva a plus.
• Experience qualifying packaging components and equipment.
• Ability to draft and review packaging specs and drawings.
• Solid understanding of validation and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record managing change controls and CAPAs.

• Oversee packaging engineering activities at external CMOs.
• Lead development, launch, and lifecycle management of packaging components.
• Coordinate qualification and implementation of packaging materials and processes.
• Develop, review, and approve packaging drawings and specs.
• Execute packaging equipment validation and qualification activities.
• Own change controls, deviations, and CAPAs with QA and Regulatory.
• Maintain BOMs and packaging master data.
• Drive standardization of platform packaging across markets.
• Ensure serialization, labeling compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams across regions to meet timelines.
