Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a production operator for the Schaffhausen site to join the Supply Chain Manufacturing team. You will operate optical inspection equipment, follow GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines, and support continuous process improvement while meeting production schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of production experience, good SAP/MES/TOR familiarity, and strong German language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of production experience.
• Experience with production software like SAP, MES, TOR is preferred.
• Strong German language skills in word and writing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, EHS and SOX policies related to the function.
• Meet all quality and timing requirements.
• Assist ongoing process optimization.
• Operate production equipment in the Optical Inspection department and follow the production plan; perform cleanings and changeovers.
• Coordinate and direct the equipment team; coordinate start and end of orders.
• Coordinate material flow with the work planner (AVOR).

Job Description

• Einhalten der GMP, EHS und SOX-Vorgaben und Richtlinien, die mit der jeweiligen Funktion verbunden sind.
• Einhaltung sämtlicher Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben
• Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
• Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen in der Abteilung der Optischen Inspektion und Einhaltung des Produktionsplans; Durchführung von Reinigungen und Formatwechsel
• Koordination und fachliche Weisungsbefugnis des Anlagen-Teams; Koordination von Auftragsstart und Auftragsende
• Koordination des Materialflusses zusammen mit Arbeitsvorbereiter (AVOR)
• Meldung von Abweichungen, Anlagenstörungen und erhöhten Eject-Raten an den Teamkoordinator (TK) oder Supervisor (SV)
• Zeitnahe und korrekt Dokumentation aller GMP-relevanten Tätigkeiten (z.b. TOR) nach ALCOA+
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Aus- und Weiterbildung von neuen Mitarbeitern; Weitergabe von Erfahrungswerten und Prozess Know-How
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Instandhaltungen durch GET und/oder Projekten durch GET oder MSAT an den Anlagen, welche OI-Personal erfordern
• Operator Asset Care (OAC)
• Reinigungen durchführen
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Produktionserfahrung
• Erfahrung in Arbeit mit Produktionssoftware (SAP, MES, TOR)
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Computerkenntnisse, z.B. MS Office
