Zusammenfassung

Swiss Post Cybersecurity is seeking a skilled Network & Security Engineer in Aarau to build secure, future-proof infrastructures. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design, implement and maintain firewall, VPN, WAF, and IAM solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, degree in a technical field, and certifications (NSE4–NSE7 and/or CCNP). Strong TCP/IP, network design principles, and bilingual English/German communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an IT service provider.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet and Cisco network security components.
• Certifications NSE4–NSE7 and/or CCNP are required.
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge and high-availability/network design understanding.
• Experience with Web Application Firewalls and IAM/SSO.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools (Tenable).
• Fluent in English and German; consulting with customers is expected.

Aufgaben

• Operate, monitor, maintain firewall and gateway products (Fortinet/Cisco) and provide first/second level support.
• Operate networks across Layer 2/3 (Cisco Catalyst/Nexus) and Layer 7 security solutions.
• Manage vulnerability management platforms to ensure security compliance.
• Deploy software security updates during maintenance sessions.
• Lead firewall and network integration projects including planning and migration.
• Develop and maintain Airlock WAF/IAM SSO infrastructures.
