Job summary

Egon Zehnder, a premier leadership advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using .NET and C#. The role emphasizes hands-on system design, security, and performance.

You will integrate with other teams, apply Agile and DevSecOps practices, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and explore new tools. Must-have: 5+ years in microservices with event-driven architecture, Azure, DevOps, and SQL/NoSQL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solid experience in Microservices development using Event Driven Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework 4.5+ and .Net
• Proficient in C#.NET and OO design
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps practices
• Cloud proficiency with Azure, CI/CD and DevOps tooling
• Experience in testing and documentation (Swagger)

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain complex Microservices using .Net and C#.
• Implement Agile methodology and DevSecOps practices.
• Design systems that integrate with other services.
• Research tools and make recommendations for Egon Zehnder applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.
• Design services with scalability, security, and performance in mind.
