Job summary

Google's Zurich-based Health and Home Infrastructure team seeks engineers to build and maintain software infrastructure powering products used by millions daily. You will contribute to scalable ML pipelines, data handling, and system reliability while collaborating across platforms and services globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• 3 years designing, building, and operating large-scale ML infrastructure and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Advance the state of the art in preventive health care by predicting health risks from fitness and medical data.
• Partner with research teams to bring ML research into products.
• Build ML infrastructure for large-scale model training and evaluation.
• Maintain infrastructure for reliable operation and minimal toil.
• Create data pipelines for large-scale ML datasets with sensitive fitness and medical data; drive platform unification.
