Job summary

CFI SA in Schaffhausen seeks a Senior MES Analyst to support core manufacturing IT systems in an international pharmaceutical environment. You will manage MES applications such as Werum PAS-X, Antares and Track & Trace, and work with local and global teams to deliver reliable system performance.

You will handle configurations, upgrades, troubleshooting, IT projects, and documentation while ensuring GxP compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience (Windows, SQL Server).
• Experience with Werum PAS-X or similar MES systems in pharma.
• Good knowledge of Azure and AWS.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable team player who enjoys solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain MES applications, including Werum PAS-X, Antares and Track & Trace.
• Manage system configurations, upgrades and lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with IT and manufacturing teams to find solutions.
• Support IT projects, system changes and OT equipment integration.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and system reliability.
• Participate in on-call support when needed.
