About the team you are joining

Partof the Information and Data (I&D) Division, Data Governance team works todefine and implement Master Data Management best practices within ourorganization to make data and analytics more accessible, trustworthy, andactionable. Our goal is to maximize theinvestment in data and analytics initiatives by promoting the proper use ofanalytics in business processes, ensuring accurate insights based on qualitydata, reducing risks with security, and guiding the prioritization of projectsso the right information is available at the right time.

What your day would be like

As a Senior Master Data Architect, you will:

• Design the end-to-end architecture for the MDM platform, including data models, integration patterns, and workflows.
• Define and maintain canonical data models for IATA master data domains (e.g., Customers, Materials, Vendors).
• Oversee the selection and implementation of MDM tools, ensuring compatibility with enterprise architecture.
• Establish integration patterns with ERP, CRM, and other critical systems.
• Design and implement data security, privacy, and compliance requirements within the MDM solution.
• Optimize the MDM platform for performance, scalability, and high availability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and I&D teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Settechnical standards, review deliverables, and provide guidance to developmentand integration teams

We would love to hear from you if

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Master Data Management and data integration.
• Proven expertise in MDM deployment, enterprise data modelling, relational and object-oriented data base design, and metadata and master data governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Syndigo).
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (ETL, data pipelines, API-based integrations, ESB) and cloud/on-premise architectures.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performing data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technicaland business stakeholders
