(Senior) Manager - Transfer Pricing

Within PwC's Tax & Legal Workforce, the Transfer Pricing team supports multinational clients in navigating complex global tax environments. The team works across borders, combining economic, legal and financial expertise to design and implement sustainable and compliant business models. Collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous development are at the core of how the team operates, enabling professionals to deliver high-quality solutions while growing their expertise in an international and dynamic environment.

Your Impact

• Manage, direct and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects for multinational groups. Develop concepts for the design of new or the optimization of existing business models, as well as the subsequent implementation of such models on a global basis.
• Be involved in scoping, planning and delivering solutions for some of the world's leading companies across a wide range of industries.
• Review, understand, and assess global value chains and business models of multinational companies (flows of products, services, intellectual property, etc.) to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Advise clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies, transfer pricing governance, transfer pricing documentation and transfer pricing technology solutions.
• Advise clients on dispute resolution assignments and agreeing advance rulings.
• Be involved in winning work and developing service offerings.
• Succeed in challenging diverse assignments and projects by leveraging your know-how and experience and the strength of our deep and broad global transfer pricing network.
• Be part of an inspiring team, which develops comprehensive concepts and solutions for customers.

Your Skill Set

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally from a consultancy position.
• Fluent in German.
• Proven experience in the performance, management and coordination of multi-country transfer pricing projects.
• You are prepared to take on responsibility as a leader of a team or in an area of expertise.
• Interest and a flair for figures and business contexts, working with data and numbers, conducting research and drafting industry analyses. Curiosity for exploring new possibilities for client problems, seeking new information and driving impact for clients.
