Zühlke Group in Bern is seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Engineer to design and implement versatile customer projects in the web and enterprise environment, using modern, agile methods.

You will collaborate with customers to translate requirements into high-quality software, contribute to Dev-Ops, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies while working with a global, diverse team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years proven experience as a Java Developer.
• Experience as a Java Fullstack Engineer with modern JS frameworks (Angular, React) in frontend.
• Expertise with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in agile teams.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business and translate requirements into high quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using pair- and mob-programming.
• Coach & support team members to grow as a team.
• Support the software lifecycle with a Dev-Ops mindset from ideation to production.
• Automate quality checks with test-driven development and specification by example.
• Keep up to date with latest technologies and share knowledge.
