Job summary

EPAM Systems in Zurich, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Java Developer – Azure to join our team in a hybrid mode. You will design and build backend services and APIs while contributing to scalable cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing software solutions for complex enterprise environments, focusing on clean code and robust API design.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Java developer in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Exposure to Azure Service Bus or similar messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of API design and integration principles.
• Good grasp of performance optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of clean code principles and software design patterns.
