QNB (Suisse) SA in Geneva is seeking an Investment Advisor (Associate Director) to combine client advisory duties with discretionary portfolio management. The role partners with RMs and clients to deliver high‑quality investment advice and manage discretionary portfolios with an 85/15 split between advisory and DPM.

The candidate should have a Masters in business or finance, 7+ years in Swiss private banking, and strong Excel/data analytics skills; CFA/CAIA is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Masters in business or finance required; CFA/CAIA desirable.
• At least 7 years’ experience in Investments/DP M in a Swiss private bank.
• Strong Excel and portfolio analysis skills; data analytics aptitude.

Aufgaben

• Provide investment advice to private banking clients across asset classes.
• Support RMs in portfolio construction and asset allocation.
• Monitor client portfolios and recommend rebalancing and tactical adjustments.
• Prepare and present investment ideas, market views and portfolio reviews.
• Ensure suitability and regulatory compliance; contribute to strategies for targets.
• Act as point of contact for investments services for HNW clients.
• Execute securities trading when necessary to support the desk.
• Deliver asset allocation recommendations including alternatives (PE, hedge funds, real estate).
