Job summary

Endress+Hauser Group Services AG in Reinach/BL is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor Finance & Group Reporting (m/f/d) to strengthen the newly established Internal Audit function. You will perform risk-based audits across IFRS reporting, consolidation, and financial processes, and report to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board.

International travel ~50–60% is expected. This role requires a degree in Finance or Accounting, at least five years in audit or corporate finance, and SAP FI/CO

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least five years of professional experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Corporate Finance, or similar.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and consolidation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and reporting systems; data-driven audits is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% internationally.
• CIA or Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish structures, processes, and working practices of the Internal Audit function.
• Plan and conduct risk-based audits in Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Governance.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of financial controls and ICFR.
• Analyse IFRS reporting, consolidation, and finance processes for risk, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify risks, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, and senior management and present findings convincingly.
• Monitor implementation of agreed measures and evaluate effectiveness.
