Trust in SODA, Zurich-based partner to a leading financial-services firm, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst. You will bridge business and technology to support critical applications, capture requirements and deliver system improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, operations and control functions, coordinate with external vendors, perform testing, UAT and releases, and help manage incidents, documentation and risk-related activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business analysis, application management or production support.
• Background in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting complex and integrated business applications.
• Knowledge of testing, UAT, release and change processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL and software delivery lifecycles.
• Exposure to SQL and relational database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Confident stakeholder and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent English; German beneficial but not essential.

This position sits between business and technology, with responsibility for supporting critical applications, understanding business requirements and delivering effective system and process improvements.

You’ll work with stakeholders across technology, operations and corporate functions while coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
