Matrix42 AG is expanding its Professional Services team in the DACH region with an experienced Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant. You will lead the implementation of Matrix42 IGA solutions for customers across public and private sectors.

Working closely with customers, project managers and partners, you will ensure successful delivery while establishing secure, scalable identity governance processes.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience implementing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IAM) solutions.
• Full lifecycle IGA projects from gathering requirements to production deployment.
• Ability to run customer workshops and capture business and technical requirements.
• Challenge customer requirements and propose best practices beyond basic implementations.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML, RBAC, and SoD concepts.
• Experience with integrating identity platforms (Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, apps).
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting or automation; strong stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Matrix42 IGA solutions for customers.
• Analyze client processes and governance needs to design effective controls.
• Run workshops and gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
• Configure lifecycle, approvals, provisioning, and access governance policies.
• Define integrations with Entra ID, AD, HR systems and business apps.
• Create technical and functional documentation and train administrators.
