Job-Room in Wallisellen sucht einen erfahrenen Experten für Verzeichnisdienste, Identity-Management und Automatisierung. Sie planen, implementieren und betreiben unternehmensweite Directory-Services, optimieren Gruppenrichtlinien und sichern AD-Replikationen.

Hybride Identitätslösungen (AD FS, Azure AD Connect) gehören ebenfalls zum Aufgabenbereich. Sie arbeiten an Disaster-Recovery-Plänen, entwickeln PowerShell-Automatisierung und dokumentieren Prozesse, Runbooks sowie technische Abläufe.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelorabschluss in Informatik oder vergleichbar.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Verzeichnisdienst und in der Automatisierung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Active Directory, Entra ID und Identitätsföderation.
• Beherrschung von PowerShell-Scripting für Automatisierung und Betrieb.
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure Cloud-Plattform und relevanten Zertifizierungen wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von unternehmensweiten Verzeichnisdiensten (AD).
• Verwaltung und Optimierung von Gruppenrichtlinien sowie Überwachung der AD-Replikation.
• Definition und Erprobung von Disaster-Recovery-Prozessen für Identity-Infrastruktur.
• Entwurf hybrider Identitätslösungen (AD FS, Azure AD Connect).
• Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen mit PowerShell; Erstellung von Runbooks.

Your tasks

You plan, design, implement and operate enterprise-wide directory services including Microsoft Active Directory. You manage and optimise Group Policy Objects and monitor AD replication. You define and test disaster recovery processes for the identity infrastructure. You design and implement hybrid identity solutions including AD FS and Azure AD Connect. You develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions with a focus on PowerShell. You ensure compliance with internal and external frameworks including ISO 27001 and GDPR. You provide 3rd level support for complex incidents. You create and maintain documentation, operational runbooks and technical procedures.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or information technology Five years of hands‑on enterprise experience in directory services and automation Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID and identity federation Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, AZ-104, SC-300 or AZ-800 are a plus Fluent in German
