SIX Group in Zurich is seeking a Senior IAM Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to drive IAM across workforce identities, cloud services and AI agents. You translate requirements into clear concepts and own stakeholder alignment while collaborating with IAM engineers and risk teams.

You bring extensive experience in IAM, RBAC/ABAC, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and data-driven decision making. English communication is essential, German a plus; hybrid work with up to 40% home office is available.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as IAM Business Analyst or similar
• Knowledge of IAM governance: RBAC/ABAC/PBAC and risk controls
• Hands-on with SailPoint IIQ/ISC
• Strong data skills incl. SQL; able to translate data into decisions
• Clear English communication; German is a plus

• Translate business, risk and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Shape IAM capabilities and governance models across workforce IAM, cloud services, and AI agents
• Develop SailPoint IdentityIQ concepts and data/workflow designs with IAM engineers
• Analyze IAM data to identify trends, gaps and automation opportunities
• Bridge stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritise, test and roll out IAM solutions
