Qualifikationen

  • Proven track record as a HR Business Partner within a multi-entity business.
  • Pragmatic and business orientated, able to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law.
  • Previous experience within business integration, change management.
  • Experience of team management.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

  • Act as lead HR Partner to support multi-sites across Romandie.
  • Provide coaching and support to business leaders across the region.
  • Contribute to HR Projects, led by the CHRO.
  • Put in place and harmonise HR structure and policies.
  • Support managers with performance management and talent acquisition.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives.
  • Manage a team of HRBPs across the region.
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team.

Our client is a mid-sized company active across Switzerland and part of an international group in the healthcare sector. This role combines the strategic deployment of HR initiatives with hands‑on HR leadership. As a key member of the Swiss HR Leadership Team, the HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving organizational development and supporting business growth across Romandie. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence both local and national HR practices within a dynamic and purpose‑driven environment.

Job Description
  • Act as lead HR Partner to support multi‑sites across Romandie
  • Provide coaching and support to business leaders across the region, focussing on organisational design, people management and cultural alignment
  • Contribute to HR Projects, led by the CHRO
  • Put in to place and harmonise HR structure and policies
  • Support managers with performance management, talent acquisition, talent retention, succession planning
  • Facilitate change management initiatives which are aligned with the company's growth
  • Manage a team of HRBPs across the region
  • Work with the Swiss HR team to align on national HR policies and strategies
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team to ensure effective management of HR Operations
  • Management of Employee Relations, involving key stakeholders where required
