The Role

We are currently searching for a Senior Golang Engineer who will play a pivotal role in the development of our Relay (https://symbiotic.fi/relay) product.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in all phases of backend and protocol development, including requirements analysis, software design, implementation, documentation, and unit testing.
• Communicate effectively with the team and company partners.
• Integrate new features into the existing codebase.
• Contribute to the estimation, planning, and execution of projects, features, and integrations.
• Review code written by other team members.

Who You’re Looking For

• At least 3+ years of experience in software engineering with Golang and blockchain.
• Expertise in CS fundamentals including data structures, databases and API design.
• Strong working experience with distributed systems.
• Experience with LibP2P, Solidity and core protocol development is an advantage.
• Proficient with Docker and familiar with GitHub CI/CD and basic Kubernetes.
• Writes solid unit and integration tests using Go or similar frameworks.
• Understands and applies software security best practices.
• Organized and collaborative, with experience using tools like ClickUp for project management.
