Qualifikationen

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field from a university or applied sciences.
• At least three years of professional experience in internal or external auditing or a related field.
• Willingness to obtain CIA or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong affinity for IT and data-driven audit approaches.
• Analytical thinking with a solid understanding of business processes.
• Self-reliant, structured and solution-oriented, with good communication and teamwork.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).

Aufgaben

• Plan and conduct audits at domestic and international group companies.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and develop practical recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
• Advise on ICS, governance, and compliance matters for group companies.
• Analyze financial and management reporting and prepare audit reports.
