Job summary

Board International seeks a SeniorGenAI Engineer to join the GenAI Product team and shape AI agents for the Board platform. You will lead end-to-end development, design scalable architectures, and craft prompt strategies for FP&A, S&OP, and Retail Planning.

You will mentor engineers and collaborate with product/UX while evaluating new GenAI technologies to balance innovation and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering GenAI applications in production
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
• Experience with API integration and RAG patterns

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve agentic AI architectures for Board Assistants with scalable integration.
• Lead end-to-end development from design to deployment, monitoring and improvement.
• Define advanced prompt engineering strategies and LLM configurations.
• Create evaluation frameworks for agentic AI architectures and performance.
• Establish engineering best practices including testing, observability and security.
• Collaborate with product, UX and engineering to translate requirements into AI features.
• Mentor engineers and promote high engineering standards across the team.
• Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies balancing innovation with enterprise needs.
