Job summary

SoFi Tech Solutions seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and implement our cyberdigital white-labeled platform. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architect systems, and mentor teammates while delivering robust, secure software.

You’ll work with product management, UX, backend architects, and delivery teams to translate needs into scalable solutions, maintaining coding standards and driving high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of Java programming experience.
• Core stack Java/React with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• 3+ years in full stack, multi-channel products.
• Strong understanding of web standards, security, performance.
• Collaborative, proactive, capable of driving from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle development from requirements to deployment.
• Improve data exchanges and data pipelines between internal and external teams.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and goals.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to meet milestones.
• Track performance against milestones and goals.
• Ensure compliance with project management policies and guidelines.
• Contribute high-quality code and establish best practices.
