WellD in Lugano is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its Engineering Team on a mission-critical project. You’ll work across backend and frontend using Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, ReactJS and React Native, with Docker-based CI/CD and open source collaboration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into scalable, quality software and contribute to our tech blog and knowledge sharing while enjoying a supportive hybrid work arrangement in Southern

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of the Java ecosystem and backend development.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and modern frontend applications.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment.
• Fluency in Italian and English; willingness to relocate to Switzerland or border areas.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop scalable backend and frontend solutions using Java/Kotlin for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities to maintain high software quality.
• Share expertise through our Tech Blog and community events.
